Apply now.Finance ManagerAs our Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring Southern Cross Healthcare's financial records are accurate, timely, and valuable for decision-making.
This role supports our Active and Wellness Partners entities.
You'll be more than just a numbers expert—you'll be a leader who inspires your team to deliver with precision and efficiency, empowering the wider organisation with the insights it needs to thrive.In this role, you'll take ownership of key financial functions including month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, budgets, financial operations and financial statements.
You'll prepare insightful board papers, provide commercial advice, and support leaders across the organisation with training and guidance on accounting issues.
Beyond day-to-day delivery, you'll also help shape the future of our finance function—analysing processes, driving efficiencies, strengthening internal controls, and identifying smarter ways to use resources.This is a chance to combine technical expertise with leadership and innovation.
