This key appointment is responsible for managing Oyster's finance and accounting operations, including managing the financial reporting and analysis of the diverse range of property funds/schemes managed by Oyster, regular internal/external reporting, cash flow management, treasury, company payroll and the leadership and development of the Finance Team.
We require a strong leader who is committed to the ongoing upskilling of the team, fostering a continuous improvement focus and ensuring the team provides quality, timely outputs to stakeholders across the business.Eligibility criteriaIt is essential to be CA qualified with 5-10 years' experience heading up Finance Teams, you will be well-versed dealing with numerous work streams effectively and managing and motivating your team to consistently deliver quality outcomes on time, even in busy times.
Having worked for either a listed company or a financial institution, you're no stranger to the reporting requirements and governance that come with the territory.
