About the roleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Coordinator to join our Field Services team based at our offices located at Airport Oaks, Auckland.This key role handles high volumes of both inbound and outbound calls and efficiently schedules jobs for our field-based maintenance and repair technicians.
You will be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office environment, have an empathic communication style and enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues.You'll work closely with our clients and whanau in addition to supporting our field-based technicians, enabling us to deliver a high level of planned maintenance service or repairs of disability equipment.
Your strong admin skills, experience scheduling technicians, and compassionate manner will be key to your success.What you will bringSignificant experience in customer service, administration, and scheduling.Display a customer focused approach with effective verbal communication.Demonstrated ability to absorb, interpret and communicate new concepts, techniques and know-how.Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.A good knowledge of the wider Auckland region is an advantage.Team player with a collaborative approach and 'can-do' attitude.An enthusiastic personality that relates well with people.Why Accessable?
