All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:CRM SYSTEMS AND TOOLSTake ownership of Red Bull New Zealand's sales systems, apps, and tools.
Act as the go-to expert and key contact for Red Bull HQ's data and systems team.
Ensure clean, accurate data flows and develop tools to uncover gaps and opportunities across territories, segments, and stores.
Provide training and support to users, empowering them to excel with field CRM tools.SALES PERFORMANCE EVALUATION, RECORDING AND REPORTINGLead the implementation and maintenance of the field team's quarterly KPI structure.
Analyze sales performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate field execution standards.
Create and manage tools such as Cooler, VIP, JBP, and Display planners to enhance execution.
Compile reports from third-party merchandising agencies and provide actionable insights.RESOURCE CAPACITY PLANNING & PRODUCTIVITYEnsure efficient resource deployment by maintaining and updating quarterly plans.
Collaborate with Account Managers to align field execution with business priorities.
Provide data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI and improve field performance.
Share best practices and mission-critical updates to streamline operational success.DATA ANALYSIS, TRAINING AND SUPPORTAnalyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities.
Develop dashboards and reports that empower the field sales team with actionable insights.
Utilize tools like Dunnhumby and Circana to support impactful JBP decks and store planograms.
Train and support field users to effectively use data tools and systems.DEPLETIONS DATA EXPERTISEManage distributor data to ensure accuracy and compliance with CRM system requirements.
Perform data integrity checks, customer segmentation, and duplication reviews.STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENTWork cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:A qualification in a data related field or comparable skillsetWould consider entry level candidates who have demonstrated skills in practical environmentsData Analysis & Insights: Strong analytical skills with Excel expertise to turn trends into actionable insights.Detail & Process Focus: High accuracy in data management and tool optimization.Proactive Problem-Solving: Adaptable, creative thinker with strong time management.Collaborative Communication: Clear communicator across teams to drive alignment and innovation.In return, Red Bull will offer you a competitive remuneration package.
