You'll be responsible for providing them the technical support they need, when they need it and in a diligent, efficient and friendly manner.A day in the life looks like:Representing The Instillery with one of our key customers, providing level 2/3 Infrastructure support on clients site.Resolving clients' technical issues and enabling them in their day-to-day operationsManaging a ticket queue within specified timeframes (supporting users onsite and remotely)Working with your broader Field Services and Customer Operations teamFor you, on offer there is:Being paid well, get your birthday off plus another wellbeing day, medical insurance, Friday drinks if you're keen to pop into our local offices, supportive team shout outs and with a purpose for what we are doing and line of sight to how your contribution drives the company forward.To stand out from the crowd you will:Have 1-3 years' IT, Service Desk or Field Engineer experienceYou will be a jack of all trades ready to take ownership in the job, with a proven IT support track recordIdeally have a vast tech stack including MS Stack, VMware, Hyper-V, networking, Citrix, Wintel, Exchange, SQL, SAN and Terminal Services.
