Dedicated to maintaining the beauty of Gisborne and its surrounding area's parks, playgrounds, gardens and public facilities.
To do so, we are looking for two fixed term Facilities Operators, one for 6 and one for 12 months.What does an FacilitiesOperator do you ask?
Your role will see you take on the responsibility for scheduledcleaning and maintenance of public facilities in the area including public restrooms, bus stops and barbecue areas.
The work also involves supporting the wider team with general rubbish collection and cleaning duties of park assets.Skills and Experiencewe are looking for:Experience working in a maintenance or cleaning role is useful though not essentialA currentfulldriver's licenceand be ableto drive a manual vehicleYou will be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a teamHave thedesire to complete all work to a high standardWhat we can offer you:As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with other professionals, gain further knowledge and experience, and develop your career in horticulture.
