We're proud of the culture we've built at Partly, and our values are lived throughout every experience.
The Expansion Manager owns our repairer relationships and growth on the ground across the Nordic region and reports to the EU GM.
This is a highly operational role, but it also involves driving the platform's adoption among repairers and the industry in general.
This role is the perfect opportunity for somebody with experience in the automotive space who understands how these businesses work, can build and nurture relationships, and has experience managing multiple accounts or sales pipelines.
Own and drive market success in the Nordics , acting as Partly’s first boots-on-the-ground operator in the region.
You'll lead our go-to-market efforts across repairers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Build, manage and prioritise onboarding pipelines across a diverse range of repair businesses and suppliers — from national chains to local independents — ensuring we bring the right customers onboard with strong product-market fit.
Develop deep, strategic relationships from first contact through to long-term success.
You'll understand customer pain points, lead product discovery conversations, deliver high-impact demos, and work closely with both repairers and suppliers to get them live and thriving on Partly.
Be the regional expert in how our product performs in-market.
Identify gaps, collect structured feedback from customers, and work directly with our product, engineering, and executive teams to localise and improve our solution.
Deliver ongoing support and training to repairers and suppliers, ensuring high engagement and retention across your portfolio.
Your goal is not just onboarding — it’s long-term value creation.
Create tight feedback loops across teams, acting as a bridge between customers and internal stakeholders.
You’ll ensure the voice of the Nordics market is represented at every level of the company.
Proactively identify issues and opportunities — whether in how customers experience the product, how we position ourselves commercially, or how operational workflows could be improved — and take action before they become problems.
Operate like an owner in an early-market environment, where no two days are the same and your ability to lead without permission will shape the company’s future in the region.
Deep understanding of the automotive industry , particularly the collision repair ecosystem and/or the suppliers who serve them.
A track record of autonomy and delivery , ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment, where you've juggled multiple priorities, navigated ambiguity, and driven commercial results.
Experience selling and onboarding B2B products , especially those with a technical component or implementation step.
Strong relationship skills — you know how to win trust, influence stakeholders, and create value beyond a transaction.
Fluent English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish).
(Bonus) Experience working with digital tools, platforms, or e-commerce in the automotive sector.
(Bonus) Comfort working across multiple cultures, time zones and team functions — you know how to get things done in a globally distributed company.
Please note: if you don't have all the skills/experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying.
Many folks, especially those from underrepresented or marginalised groups, often count themselves out.
