Executive Assistant Job Opening In Christchurch – Now Hiring Echelon Group

Job description

  • Part time role (20 hours per week)
  • Flexible with WFH options
  • Central location

Are you the kind of Executive Assistant who gets things done with a smile — balancing efficiency and attention to detail with a great sense of humour and positivity?

If you’re organised, adaptable, and the sort of person who makes everything run smoothly (without ever being overbearing), then we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for an experienced EA to join our client’s dynamic importing business, providing high-level support to the Director and wider team.

They’re a small, close-knit group who take their work seriously — but never themselves.

This role offers plenty of variety and flexibility, where no two days look the same.

You’ll manage your own workload, juggle competing priorities, and respond to whatever the day brings — all while keeping calm, upbeat, and on top of the details.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Diary and email management, document prep, and event coordination
  • Travel bookings and meeting logistics
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and business proposals
  • Supporting new business pitches and management initiatives
  • (Bonus points if you’ve worked with inventory systems!)

In return, you’ll join a team that genuinely enjoys working together — where success is shared, laughs are encouraged, and flexibility is part of the deal.

Remuneration level: FTE $80,000 – $90,000

If this sounds like your kind of role, apply now — we’d love to tell you more!

,
Patrick
