We’re on the hunt for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support three of our top execs – the Chief of OneRoof, General Counsel, and Chief of Marketing.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT:

You’ll be the ultimate multitasker, calendar wrangler, and presentation perfectionist.

Your days will be full of variety and impact, including:

  • Owning the diaries of three execs – scheduling meetings, workshops, and travel like a pro.
  • Creating slick presentations and reports that make our boardroom shine (PowerPoint wizards, we see you).
  • Drafting comms, prepping board papers, and keeping our legal and marketing teams humming.
  • Managing inboxes, expense claims, and all the little things that make a big difference.
  • Supporting legal processes – from NDAs to contract workflows – and helping keep our contract library in top shape.
  • Coordinating national strategy sessions, team events, and client engagements that bring our OneRoof culture to life.
  • Pitching in on marketing events, internal comms, and anything else that helps our teams shine.

  • About you:

  • Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.

  • Proven operational and coordinator experience in medium to large teams, including media and event experience.

  • A knack for writing, editing, and making things look good
  • Top-tier time management and multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a sense of humour
