Overview

EverWell – Creative & Brand Lead (Fixed Term) – Remote, NZ.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract.

You will lead the creative vision and execution across products and platforms, build a cohesive brand narrative, and lead a team of creatives to deliver impactful campaigns and digital experiences.

Company context: EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform offering SaaS solutions for service-based businesses.

EverWell is the EverCommerce vertical combining Timely and SalonBiz, serving beauty professionals.

This role sits within EverCommerce’s ecosystem and aims to simplify and empower business owners in the beauty industry.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creative vision and execution of key initiatives, overseeing digital experiences and providing direction across UX, design, and storytelling.

  • Deliver strategic PR and communications plans, strengthen media and influencer relationships, and craft compelling brand narratives.

  • Apply a data-driven approach to measure impact, refine campaigns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Nurture, inspire, and grow a high-performing creative team by setting a clear vision and guiding professional development to meet ambitious goals and milestones.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years in a creative role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.

  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.

  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve goals.
