  • Permanent Part time role
  • 0.8 FTE, 30 hours per week

    Join MIT's External Engagement Team as our next Events Data Coordinator!


    In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to expert for managing, analysing, and reporting on all event-related data, especially for our flagship Graduation ceremonies.

    You'll ensure our event registration systems run smoothly, maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and security, and provide valuable insights that help us deliver outstanding experiences for students, staff, and partners.


    Key responsibilities include:


  • Manage and continuously improve event registration systems and data tools
  • Oversee graduate and attendee data for Graduation ceremonies, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Produce timely reports and data insights to inform event planning and decision-making
  • Support post-event evaluation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with teams across MIT to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Provide training and support to staff and volunteers on data systems
