OverviewAs an Estimations Coordinator you will play a key role in helping our Trade Customers transform their project from a building plan to a finished build.
You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to prepare tailored building material estimation quotes, negotiate pricing, manage changes, and offer expert product advice to create a customer experience that keeps them coming back.This is a Fixed Term 6 Month Maternity Cover Role, offering 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, based at our Cook Street Auckland CBD branch.ResponsibilitiesTurn project briefs obtained from Account Managers into accurate, timely estimation quotations for our trade customersAct as the key point of contact for estimation queries, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to manage job workflows and deliver responsive, solutions-focused serviceEnsure all quotations align with system pricing and discountsProactively follow up on quotes, maintain up-to-date documentation, and communicate regularly with all stakeholdersAbout you / QualificationsAbout you:Success in this role means managing multiple projects, being adaptable and staying sharp to spot issue, solve problem and keep workflows moving.
