About The Program

Our Famous Apprentice Program is a unique three-month professional experience designed for young, motivated individuals eager to gain their first exposure to the equestrian market.

Many of our past apprentices have gone on to become successful Saddle Experts within Group Voltaire — this is where careers begin.

From January to March 2026 , apprentices will join our sales teams at the major winter equestrian venues:

  • Ocala, FL
  • Wellington, FL
  • Palm Springs, CA

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the foundations of sales, customer service, and event operations in a high-energy, professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth daily operations of our booth (opening, closing, set-up, presentation)
  • Welcome and interact with riders and clients, embodying the professionalism of our brands
  • Manage inventory and coordinate schedules for saddle fittings with our Saddle Experts
  • Support sales representatives on the ground and contribute to the overall success of the show
  • Uphold the highest level of customer satisfaction by being responsive, organized, and proactive

  • Strong organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly
  • Confidence working independently, while also thriving as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from seasoned professionals

  • Monthly compensation: $2,000
  • Meal allowance and reimbursement of work-related travel expenses (gas, mileage, etc.)

Practical Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (a car is required)
