Key Responsibilities

Technical Solution Delivery

• Provide hands‑on support across platform, including solution design, configuration and integrations.
  
  
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices, compliance standards, and customer requirements.
  
  

Consulting And Advisory

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how Azure and D365, solutions can solve their business challenges.
  
  
• Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture assessments to shape solution roadmaps and implementation strategies.
  
  
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and business stakeholders.
  
  

Collaboration And Leadership

• Work closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  
  
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  
  
• Contribute to internal best practices, knowledge bases, and delivery frameworks.
  
  

Continuous Learning And Innovation

• Stay up to date with advancements in cloud technologies (Azure) and enterprise applications (D365, Power Platform), applying new tools and methods to customer solutions.
  
  
• Identify opportunities to optimize customer environments and drive additional value through innovation.
  
  

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience in the design, configuration, and deployment of Power Platform and Microsoft Azure services.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  
  
• Familiar with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
  
  
• Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and integration patterns.
  
  

Consultative Skills

• Ability to engage with customers at all levels, understanding their business drivers and translating them into technical solutions.
  
  
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex solution challenges.
  
  

Communication And Collaboration

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
  
  
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  
  

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
  
  
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect, Functional Consultant, or equivalent.
