The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and personable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Financial Adviser.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to launch a career in financial advice, with full training, support, and mentorship provided.

In this role, you’ll learn how to assess client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and build strong client relationships, all while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their goals, priorities, and risk profile.

  • Assist in developing tailored insurance and Kiwisaver advice solutions.

  • Manage ongoing client relationships and ensure consistent communication.

  • Keep accurate records in our CRM and adhere to compliance standards.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, coachable, and passionate about helping others make informed financial decisions.

You don’t need prior experience, we’ll provide all the tools, training, and guidance you need to succeed.

You must be willing to complete your Level 5 Financial services certificate.

You’ll bring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Confidence speaking with clients both in-person and over the phone.

  • (Preferred but not essential) Tertiary qualification.
