The evolution of our approach to agile working allows us to deliver outcomes - better, sooner, safer.Mo te Turanga | About the RoleThe purpose of the Enterprise Planning and Performance Manager is to lead strategic portfolio planning and governance across ASB to provide bank wide clarity, prioritisation and risk management to drive business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with Tribes, Platforms, and initiatives through monthly reviews to ensure they are on track to meet their outcomes and financial commitments.Collaborate with Tribe Leads, Delivery Leads, and Finance to ensure key portfolio performance data is complete and accurate.Coordination and facilitation of the annual and quarterly enterprise planning cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, financial constraints, and business priorities.Develop and maintain the portfolio roadmap.Regular reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and ASB Board.Identify systemic risks within the portfolio and ensure mitigations are in place.Lead and contribute to key processes, reporting, and analysis work.
