A sneak peek into your daily adventure...You'll be teaming up with project managers and shadowing them to learn civil engineering design principlesLearning about health and safety, and environmental practices - we care about this stuff!
Taking on various contract administrative tasks to ensure work is delivered within scopeHeading out into the field, conducting construction inspections and geotech investigationsLearning how to communicate both internally and externally to ensure what needs to happen happensRunning errands like a pro, helping to keep things running smoothly like a well-oiled machineA few things will help you shine in this role:NCEA Level 2 (or similar), with at least 12 credits in mathematics (we're fans of algebra, calculus, or trigonometry)A Driver's License (restricted at least, working towards a full license)Some work experience under your belt - it doesn't need to be a lot, but it helps.Community involvement and extracurricular activitiesA bit of knowledge about Health and Safety practicesIf you enjoyed studying English, Maths, and Physics at Level 2, that's a plusParticipation in gateway programs at schoolDon't let this incredible opportunity pass you by.
