We're seeking a proactive and self-sufficient IT professional to join this IT Service team.
This role is a blend of process improvement and operational support.
You'll be responsible for providing Level 2/3 technical support for the enterprise network, infrastructure, and a wide range of end-user technologies, including collaboration tools, applications, and hardware.
Beyond daily support, we need a strategic problem-solver who can take full ownership of complex projects from start to finish.
You'll be a key player in shaping workplace technology, developing robust solutions, and leading initiatives.
Excellent customer service and a willingness to provide occasional on-call support are essential.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on autonomy with a proven track record of successfully delivering EUC-related projects.
