We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Auckland operations.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily electrical works, coordinate a skilled team, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing | Āu mahi:

  • Leading and supervising Trade professionals and apprentices across a range of electrical and other trade projects
  • Planning, allocating, and monitoring daily workloads to meet contractual requirements
  • Ensuring all electrical work complies with NZ regulations, safety standards, and company policy's
  • Working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver excellent service
  • Monitoring team productivity and performance metrics, motivating staff to achieve targets and maintain high standards
  • Supporting training and development of your team to build capability and performance
  • Preparing and coordinating quotes for electrical minor capital projects, working with the team to ensure accurate estimates and timely responses

  • Current New Zealand Electrical Registration and Practising Licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the electrical industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to problem‑solve on the spot

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
