What you’ll do

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for the Microsoft Dynamics Platform and our bespoke customer portal, myNZTE.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently, identifying trends and recommending solutions to improve support processes.

  • Collaborate with Digital Analysts, agile development squads, and technical consultants to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Support the development and integration of Dynamics with other systems, including the NZTE website, marketing automation, and events platforms.

  • Assist with functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

  • Compile product health metrics and help execute customer-facing surveys.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on systems and processes.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in IT support, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to present information and recommendations clearly to a range of audiences.

  • Commitment to delivering quality service and a positive customer experience.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Good understanding of CRM Dynamics best practices and data management principles.

  • Ideally, 1–2 years’ experience with the Microsoft Dynamics platform (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Insights).

  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics qualifications are a plus.

Why you’ll love working here

NZTE offers flexible work arrangements of 3 days in the office, a dynamic environment, and the chance to build valuable business networks with a talented, diverse team.

Your work will help ensure our customer-facing teams have a seamless experience with Dynamics and related systems.
