OverviewAre you ready to take the lead in managing station operations across Auckland's passenger rail network?
Auckland One Rail (AOR) is seeking a Duty Stations Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of our station facilities.As Duty Stations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of all stations, including CRL stations, supporting station controllers, managing contractor activities, and overseeing critical systems such as CCTV, access control, and SCADA.
You'll play a key role in emergency response, incident management, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.What you'll doConduct station inspections and manage contractor inductions and permits.Operate and support systems including ICS, TVS, Vydsis, milestone, and Maximo.Administer Gallagher access control and CCTV systems.Act as Station Incident Controller during emergencies and degraded operations.Provide technical support and training to Station Controllers.Coordinate station closures and emergency responses.Maintain compliance with AOR and Auckland Transport policies.Requirements / Qualifications5 years' experience in security systems and facility operations.Strong IT capability and understanding of asset maintenance.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to meet medical and fitness requirements, including full colour vision and unaided hearing.Calm, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and process.BenefitsFree Train Travel: Enjoy complimentary train travel on Auckland passenger trains.Travel Discount: Nominate a person and up to 3 dependents for train travel discounts.NZ Railways Trust Membership: Benefit from discounted holiday accommodation and medical perks.
