We’re looking for a legendary Shift/Duty Manager.

Could it be you?

You’re a skilled shift/duty manager.

You have your LCQ and Manager’s License, and 3-5 years’ experience managing a high-performing team under your belt.

Running a smooth restaurant is second nature to you.

Juggling great service, training and rostering your team, cleaning and planning for future growth, is all in a day’s work.

You send out a top team, every day, well briefed, well trained, and full of confidence they’re the best at what they do.

You love training and mentoring great talent, and nothing makes you prouder than seeing your team walk tall and enjoy their work.

You’re used to working with established systems and processes.

At Lone Star, our Operations Manual is our bible, and we expect our managers to know it inside out and ensure it’s followed by all your team.

And of course, you’re a top team player, ready to jump in and help all your team members at the drop of a hat.

But most of all, you’re all about giving our guests flawless service with a personal touch.
