The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead the full scope of site operations at Onelink in our Sir Keith Park location at Mangere, Auckland.
Reporting directly to the Client Operations Manager, you will be leading a high-performing team with clear priorities, maintains safey and compliance standards, and drive continuous improvement through process analysis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamice team in a fast-paced environment where your leadership skills will directly impact operational success and customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring service levels and labour cost targets are met;
Lead a high-performing team with clear objectives and priorities;
Uphold safety and compliance standards across the site;
Drive continuous improvement through analysis and process enhancement;
Provide timely and quality feedback to the Client Operations Manager to support customer supply and stakeholder engagement.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations;
Strong leadership and team management skills;
knowledgeable in inventory systems and labour cost management;
Familiarity with WHS standards and site compliance requirements;
Ability to analyse processes and implement continuous improvement intiatives;
Excellent communication and stakholder engagement skills.
