Network Systems and Data Communications Analyst

Toyota New Zealand is looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual to join our Business Technology team as a Digital Systems Support - TUNZ & WWW.
This role is central to maintaining and enhancing our digital platforms, including the Toyota Store Network (TUNZ) and our core website.
As Digital Systems Support - TUNZ & WWW, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining and developing our digital systems.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure our platforms are stable, secure, and user-friendly.
From supporting campaigns to coordinating system updates and training users, your work will directly impact Toyota's digital experience.
This opportunity is permanent/full-time based on-site Monday – Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North.
What's involved in the role:
Provide technical support for Toyota's digital platforms (TUNZ and including troubleshooting, user training, and issue resolution
Coordinate system maintenance and updates, ensuring website stability, performance, and security across all devices
Manage vendor relationships, including hosting and support teams, to meet service level agreements and improve user experience
Lead testing and release cycles, including test planning, regression testing, and transitioning changes from development to production
Create and maintain documentation, such as user guides, system manuals, and reporting dashboards for stakeholders
Gather and analyse feedback from internal and external users to prioritize system improvements and enhance customer experience
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
2–3 years' experience in website management and ERP or Dealer Management systems
Strong system support background
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
Excellent communication and business analysis skills
A collaborative, professional, and proactive attitude
Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed
