We also have a network of freight hubs throughout the North Island to improve access to the port for the provinces.As part of our Tiaki Tech team (Tiaki - to care, protect, and guard), we're looking for a dedicated and skilled Digital Support Analyst to deliver high-quality operational IT support across Port of Auckland.
This role ensures our business systems and infrastructure run reliably and securely - supporting everything from desktops and networks to industrial control systems.You'll work at the frontline of our IT operations - providing Level 1 and 2 support, managing incidents, responding to service requests, and monitoring the health of our systems.
You'll also help manage on-call support and contribute to the resolution of high-severity incidents across business-critical technology platforms.This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer service, eager to grow in a dynamic environment, and ready to contribute to a high-performing digital team.About youKo wai koeYou're a natural problem-solver with a strong service mindset.
You have hands-on experience supporting IT systems, enjoy technical troubleshooting, and can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.You'll bring:A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline2+ years of experience in multi-discipline IT support roles in complex environmentsSolid knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop systemsExperience with M365 Administration including Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint, Entra IDExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong troubleshooting and High Severity incident management capabilitiesA customer-first attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyBonus if you also have:ITIL Foundation CertificationServiceNow experienceCyber Security knowledgeMicrosoft 365 certificationsOperational Technology (OT) experience or previous work in a port or industrial environmentProvide Level 1-2 IT support and resolve incidents in a timely and customer-focused mannerMonitor digital systems and respond to events, alerts, and issues proactivelyManage helpdesk requests and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are metEscalate complex issues to internal teams or vendors as requiredParticipate in an on-call support roster, including after-hours critical incident supportMaintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and asset recordsSupport change control processes and software releasesMonitor OT/IT equipment, hardware, and software performanceAssist with IT procurement and asset lifecycle managementContribute to continual improvement of processes, tools, and service deliveryMentor junior team members and lead by example within the Tiaki Tech team(T&Cs apply)BenefitsFree onsite parking and gymFree internal shuttle service to public transport15 days of wellbeing leave per year + optional 5th week of annual leaveAnnual flu shots and confidential counsellingFlexible working optionsCareer development and learning pathwaysOnsite physiotherapist and psychotherapistDiscounts at PB Tech, Specsavers, Southern Cross, and moreWant to be part of a team that helps keep Auckland moving?
