About the roleAs our Digital Operations Team Lead, you'll head up the Digital Operations team, combining cultural, technical and process expertise to deliver best-in-class DevSecOps operations.
Accountable for service performance across our enterprise platforms, you'll ensure they are reliable, secure, and available 24/7 - all while empowering a high-performing culture that delivers great outcomes for our people and customers.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operations.

With deep experience across infrastructure architecture and DevSecOps operations, you're someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused settings where collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence matter most.You're not only technically strong, but also a great communicator and relationship builder.
Whether it's guiding your team, engaging with stakeholders, or managing vendors, you bring influence, clarity, and a collaborative working style — all while being able to work autonomously and make confident decisions.
