We're now looking for an Ad Operations – Digital Campaign Delivery Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional results for our commercial partners.
This role is all about making digital campaigns run smoothly, ensuring advertisers and agencies get the best possible service, from booking through to delivery.
You'll play a vital part in supporting campaign workflows, optimising performance, resolving issues, and ensuring customers see real success from their investment.
What you'll be doing
Managing end-to-end campaign delivery across display, video, sponsorships, rich media, and programmatic activity.
Setting up, monitoring, and optimising campaigns in Google Ad Manager and ensuring they deliver to contracted outcomes.
Acting as the go-to liaison between campaign managers, sales teams, agencies, and clients.
Coordinating creative workflows, approvals, and assets via workflow tools.
Producing insightful reports during and after campaigns, reconciling delivery with objectives.
Troubleshooting booking, creative, or delivery challenges quickly and effectively.
Supporting an outstanding customer experience with proactive communication.
What you'll bring
Previous experience in digital ad operations, campaign management, or trafficking.
Strong knowledge of ad serving platforms (preferably Google Ad Manager) and campaign management tools.
A proven ability to monitor, optimise, and report on campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills, with confidence in dealing directly with clients and stakeholders.
A highly organised approach, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Sharp problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
An understanding of the wider digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic.
