Mō te tūranga | About the Role

  • Provide exceptional technical and administrative support for user and payment queries.

  • Confidently assist customers via phone and email, using strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

  • Think quickly and act professionally to resolve issues and provide solutions.

  • Help customers understand and navigate digital banking platforms.

  • Liaise with third‑party providers to ensure timely and lasting resolutions.

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of banking products and services.

  • Contact centre or helpdesk experience.

  • Proven customer service skills in a professional setting.

  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management.

  • Confidence in learning new digital platforms and navigating technology.

  • Knowledge of Westpac’s two‑to‑sign digital banking platforms (Corporate Online, Business Online, Westpac One for Business) is a plus.

  • General banking experience and experience working with business or corporate clients is desirable.
