Job description

A purpose driven, well established New Zealand owned business is offering an up and coming professional the chance to help shape the future of their business through the creation of captivating social and digital medial stories and resources that drive brand awareness across multiple stakeholder groups.
 
The role reports to the Head of Communications, and will support the delivery of expertise and services across the business, specifically:

  • Manage the creation of the group’s digital media assets to deliver against the communications and marketing strategies objectives, ensuring a high-quality professional image is presented at all times
  • Measuring, analysing, and reporting on activities against key business metrics, using this data to formulate insights to improve engagement, tactical objectives and content opportunities
  • Leveraging all digital assets with content that is informative and promotes the company’s products, workplace, and people.

    Helping to tell the Company New Zealand story and enhancing company brand and image
  • Managing social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • With a talent for social media and creating compelling content across a range of digital platforms, utilising different technology will be second nature to you.


    No day will be the same, so be prepared to be on the go, juggle multiple priorities and collaborate with a wide variety of people.

    As a doer, no job will be too small or big and you will be comfortable working with ambiguity, and nimble to last minute changes and redirection.
     
    This role is based at the Head Office, Mt Wellington but will also involve getting out into the field to gather stories and visiting various sites across New Zealand.


     
    Key Requirements -
  • A commitment to upholding values and embracing cultural aspects
  • A tertiary qualification in digital media studies or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, digital media platforms and analytics essential
  • Experience in social and digital medial within FMCG/manufacturing and/or primary industries preferred
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
  • Full NZ Driver’s license and ability to travel within New Zealand
