Key Responsibilities Include:Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or deskside visits as neededRespond to IT issues; installation of external devices, desktops, laptops, hardware diagnostic, maintenance, repairs and general software supportSmart Hands and Feet support if requiredManagement inventory of new and replacement equipment; and on diagnosis of a hardware fault, recording of the necessary data (serial number, location etc.) and feedback to the Service Desk in order to support the repair serviceIMAC/D - Installations, decommission, cascades, moves, adds and change EUC equipment, softwareSkill Requirements:Excellent experience as a desktop technician, computer technician or IT support in a professional business environmentMust have excellent customer service skills working with end users and VIP'sExperienced in supporting MS office applications (office *********)Windows OS 7 and 10Knowledge of WAN/LAN TechnologyBasic knowledge of Network Topology LAN/WANCisco Switch installation and configuration as per Config templateKnowledge to provide remote access of network devices ( Switch/WLC ) connected to LAPTOP via Console cableExperienced in supporting common business office devices, including printers, scanners, mobile, audio/video equipmentKnowledge of ticketing system or equivalent
