About the RoleDuration: Perm RoleOnsite RoleLocation: Dunedin, New ZealandJob Summary: The Field Service Officer (FSO) is responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, with a focus on Windows-based systems and end-user laptop support.
This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
