Where making an impact matters.At Kiwibank, we're committed to delivering the best possible digital and technology experience for our customers and teams — and we need your expertise to make it happen.We're looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our Auckland office based support team where you'll provide face-to-face technical support as well as remote support to Kiwibank staff around the country.You'll bring a positive, can-do attitude, great communication skills, a willingness to help others and a well-established set of technical troubleshooting skills that you are keen to develop further.There's plenty of variety here and a typical day might see you readying laptops for deployment, working on mobile phone issues (Apple or Android), assisting with AVVC equipment in our meeting rooms or helping solve software configuration issues.You will also get the chance to contribute to various projects, for example rolling out Windows 11.If you're enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working in a dynamic team, have great customer service skills and are ready to take on new challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll need to be confident at talking to staff at all levels across KiwibankAble to work as part of a close-knit team as well as autonomouslySolid I.T troubleshooting skills and an understanding of computer networking fundamentalsIn-depth experience of using and supporting Microsoft Windows *******, AD/EntraID, Intune, M365 and other common Microsoft products.
