As a Design Manager / Project Technical Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping critical infrastructure, supported by a diverse, steadily growing team that thrives in a dynamic and rewarding industry.Responsibilities Lead design delivery for water and wastewater projects, with the ability to jump into established projects.
Provide direction and support to multi-discipline teams to operate efficiently and consistently deliver high-quality service on time and on budget.
Communicate confidently and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with offices across New Zealand and around the world to share knowledge and resources and bring best practice to client challenges.

Ideally includes strong planning and design development experience.
Confident communicator with strong relationship skills and a passion for successful project delivery in complex environments.
Ability to lead and support multi-discipline teams, ensuring efficient operation and delivery on time and on budget.
