Join a team driving innovation in naval engineering and play a key role in supporting the operational capability of the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) Naval Fleet.As a Design Draughtsperson, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality engineering drawings that support critical change proposals across a range of naval projects.
Your work will directly contribute to the safety, accuracy, and compliance of systems that protect New Zealand's maritime interests.This is more than just a draughting role—it's an opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You'll work alongside engineers, project managers, and technical authorities to bring complex solutions to life, while also contributing to process improvements, mentoring junior team members, and participating in technical investigations.About youWe're looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong CAD skills and a passion for precision.
