You’ll be tasked with delivering a high-quality service, performance and return on investment across various campaigns as the chief problem solver and innovator for your clients.Client Partners naturally lean on strong leadership skills, a growth/commercial mindset, are innovative in nature and over communicates to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals, deadlines and ideas.
In addition to providing world-class client service and media planning excellence, you'll uncover opportunities to expand our presence and offerings, support new business pitches and be a trusted partner to our clients while ensuring commercial viability.**Responsibilities could include:*** **Drive commercial success** by managing revenue and margin delivery across your client portfolio, identifying efficiencies, and supporting optimal contract structures.* **Lead strategic growth** through client development, satisfaction, and collaboration with senior leadership to expand services and ensure profitability.* **Deliver client excellence** by developing high-quality solutions aligned to client objectives and maintaining strong, strategic relationships that balance client needs with dentsu’s capabilities.* **Strengthen client partnerships** through consistent relationship health checks, engagement tracking, and collaboration with leadership to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.* **Inspire and lead** by coaching high-performing teams, defining clear roles, supporting development plans, and swiftly addressing underperformance to drive results.* **Champion talent and culture** by solving client challenges collaboratively, aligning cross-functional expertise, and contributing to a people strategy that attracts and retains top talent.* **Deliver integrated solutions** by consistently leveraging data, analytics, and creative resources to build impactful, cross-functional campaign strategies.**A bit about you:*** **10+ years’ experience** **in media,** in a similar client leadership role within the New Zealand or ANZ region, with strong commercial acumen and cross-channel expertise.* **Proven success** in winning, retaining, and growing key client relationships.* **Trusted leader** with a track record of building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and culture within a high performing team.* **Strategic thinker** **and problem solver** who connects broader communications to client challenges, translating into activity, business value and actionable outcomes.* **Strong presence** and ability to collaborate across all levels of a matrixed organisation.* **Talent Developer** who leads with empathy to support, inspire and motivates a talented team to thrive.* **Excellent communicator and project manager**, confident presenting complex ideas and leading delivery in a fast-paced environment.**Be a champion of meaningful progress**At dentsu Aotearoa, our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
