The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Chef de Partie and will be an integral part of the kitchen team.Why you?
None Of These Recipes Will Scare YouRecipe 1: Deliver a wonderful culinary experience to all guestsRecipe 2: Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standardsRecipe 3: Be familiar with the other kitchen sections, promoting flexibility and productivityRecipe 4: Check all food is stored and handled as per current food health and hygiene regulations.Recipe 5: Ensure that work area, equipment and section is kept clean at all times, in accordance with current health and hygiene regulations.Recipe 6: Monitor daily kitchen food and product requirements and advise the supervisor of these well in advance.Recipe 7: Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentationRecipe 8: Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and kitchen and waiting staffRecipe 9: Monitor food preparation and wastage costs control these by following efficient preparation methods and standard recipes.QualificationsBecause you've got it in you:Do not hesitate to go the extra mile.A palate dedicated to serving both the customer and the team.Teamwork comes naturally to you.A desire to learn and grow.Your Little Extras AreMinimum two (2) years commercial cookery experience in a similar role.Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Professional Cookery.Physically fit and able to stand for the duration of a shift (8 hours).
