You'll collaborate with passionate teams across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, gaining exposure to a dynamic FMCG environment and contributing directly to the success of iconic brands.
If you're looking to grow your career in a purpose-driven organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this role offers the perfect platform to unleash your potential.What you'll be doingDevelop and maintain rolling 18-month demand forecasts using statistical tools and TPM feeds.Analyse promotional and product lifecycle activity to ensure accurate volume forecasting.Facilitate monthly forecast reviews and performance assessments.Lead integrated business planning activities including Channel Review Meetings and risk/opportunity reporting.Support New Product Development (NPD) forecasting and launch planning.Champion continuous improvement in demand planning processes and tools.What's in your toolkit?
2–3 years of demand planning experience in an FMCG environment.Strong computer literacy, especially with ERP systems.Tertiary qualification.Exceptional attention to detail and relationship-building skills.FMCG sales background.Experience with SAP (APO) and/or Promax.NZPICS certification.Knowledge of statistical forecasting.If you're not an expert in all of these areas, don't worry!
