They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and continuously providing excellent customer service.
Our Delivery Drivers are important to us, giving customer feedback insights and ensuring we stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.ResponsibilitiesDelivering product to customer's premises within a 40 mile radiusEnsure high levels of customer service at all timesFeedback to branch on relevant customer and competitor activityLoad your vehicle according to proceduresCollect customer returns as requiredVehicle maintenance including carrying out daily checksHelp in the warehouse as and when requiredAssist with Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as and when requiredWorking HoursUp to 41 (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working - depending on the cover needed in the branch.What you'll need to succeedMust hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 pointsMust have a minimum of 3 years driving experienceExcellent knowledge of 40 mile radius of branchPrevious experience within a delivery driver roleAbility to understand necessity of excellent standards of customer serviceWork to deadlines with good time keeping skillsCustomer focused, driven to achieve and willing to go the extra mileAbout UsGSF Car Parts is one of the UK's leading automotive parts distributors, supplying thousands of independent garages throughout the UK and Ireland with parts, tools, garage equipment and specialist training.
