This extends to holding key accountability over the implications of relevant legislation affecting the Board (Parole Act, Victims Act, Privacy Act and Official Information Act).
A professional yet empathetic communication style will also be invaluable in this role.

You'll be motivated to work with and support our Chairperson, Board members, Operations leadership team and our board Hearing Managers, to ensure the Board meets its statutory responsibility.

You'll also play an important role in reviewing correspondence to victims post hearing, ensuring the information that they receive is timely and clear, and that confidential information is redacted as necessary.
