Off the back of strong growth, we're looking for an experienced Associate Director to join us in Tamaki Makaurau / Auckland.
You'll shape strategy, lead high-performing teams and collaborate across the firm to deliver outstanding, tech-enabled insights for our clients.Nga korero mo tenei turanga / About the roleAs an Associate Director you will:Lead engagements - Oversee detailed financial analysis and due diligence engagements, reviewing earnings, working capital, and debt positions to drive informed deal decisions.Advise strategically - Partner with clients across private equity, corporate, and public sectors to structure and execute complex transactions that deliver value.Grow relationships - Build trusted connections with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.Develop people - Lead and coach team members, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.Drive innovation - Produce clear, insightful reports and recommendations that demonstrate strong analytical rigour and commercial understanding.Accelerate growth - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry, regulatory, and market developments to provide forward-thinking advice.Nga pukenga kei a koe / Skills and experience6+ years in transaction services, M&A advisory or similar, with a track record of successful deal delivery.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
