We're the ones who help set the course, gather resources, and make sure things run smoothly - think of us as the ultimate planners and communicators, making sure everyone is on the same page!

We're like the superhero support squad for Data and Digital.

From keeping everyone in the loop through top-notch communication (we're buddies with the Communication and Engagement team) to making sure the right people are in the right places (our friends in People and Culture are our partners here), we've got it all covered.

We've got a handle on best practices, training, and making sure everyone's got the right skills.

Plus, we're the guardians of risk management and privacy – keeping things safe and sound in the world of Data and Digital is our specialty.

Mōu | About you

As our D&D Change Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Data & Digital team, working hand-in-hand with the Group Manager Capability & Change to bring positive transformations to our ways of working.

Your role is all about crafting and implementing change management plans that support our journey towards new and improved practices.

Imagine creating a harmonious and consistent approach to change management across Data & Digital that not only aligns with best practices but also propels our digital transformation forward.

You'll be the driving force behind change programs, ensuring that our technology initiatives align perfectly with our strategic goals.

By fostering a culture that embraces data and innovation, you'll help us make informed decisions and streamline our processes.

And that's not all – your knack for identifying potential risks, enhancing customer experiences, and staying ahead of industry trends will empower us to flourish in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

But you're not alone on this adventure! You'll collaborate closely with the Group Manager to contribute to the change program, introducing exciting new ways of working.

Your expertise will help ensure that our Data & Digital workforce is well-versed in best practices, policies, and procedures.

Plus, you'll be a key player in our team, partnering with other Change Analysts, Project Managers, and various departments to create seamless and effective change management practices.

Preference will be given to applications of significantly affected Kaimahi through the change process.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience

  • Change Management - Five to ten years public sector and health system change management experience with demonstrated proficiency in a range of change management methodologies and strategies.

    Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Data Analysis - Experience in analysing data to assess change impact and using this data to inform change management approaches.
  • Problem Solving - Experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully identifying and addressing obstacles during change processes.
  • Presentations - Experience in preparing high quality presentations and senior level papers.
  • Translation - Demonstrated ability to interpret technical issues into business processes.

    And proven experience of converting complex data into actionable activities.
  • Training and Development - Familiarity with designing and delivering training programs demonstrated in > five years' experience in developing and delivering transition and training plans as a facilitator.
  • Deadline Management - Proven experience working across multiple work streams and managing multiple deadlines.
