This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and wants to be part of a team that supports better outcomes for whaanau behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:Working closely with our kaimahi and management to support accurate and timely data input to client management systems, including but not limited to Whanau Tahi Navigator (WTN)Manage login and licences across multiple systemsLeading delivery of training sessions and workshopsAssisting kaimahi and management to fulfil reporting requirements using a variety of databasesManage staff onboarding and offboarding across all systems, including management of user licenses and logons across core databasesCoordinate with external vendors for system updates, maintenance, and downtime communicationImplement and monitor security measures to ensure protection of sensitive dataTroubleshoot database/system issues and ensure minimal disruptionMaintain up-to-date system documentation and process guidesWilling and able to learn multiple databases in a dynamic data environmentSupport accurate, timely and relevant data input by kaimahi across core data systemDatabase core tasks will include but are not limited to:Creating dashboards and reports for kaimahi and managementMonitoring data quality and integrity within the database and provide feedback to managementDeliver training sessions and workshops on Whanau TahiExtract data for reporting.To be considered for this role ideally you will need to have:Experience in healthcare or community service settingsFamiliarity with systems like Whanau Tahi, MedTech and Monday.comFamiliarity with Power BI is an advantage.Ability to interpret data and support data-driven decisionsProven experience in database administration and IT systems supportStrong working knowledge of core systems listed (or willingness to learn)Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and data extraction toolsExperience in coordinating with third-party vendors and support partnersUnderstanding of cybersecurity and data privacy protocolsExcellent organisational and time management skillStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage training sessions and support non-technical usersTechnical expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to support staff and leadership across multiple platformsConfident in a tikanga Maaori environment and commitment to use of Te Reo Maaori.What we offer:First aid training providedEAP servicesSupportive team environment and ongoing training provided.It is mandatory for you to have the following:Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand/Aotearoa (Citizenship, Work Visa or NZ Residency)Preferred applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks.If this sounds like you and you would like to work within a strong supportive and growing team environment, be part of the movement!
