For each other.This newly created role is accountable for the overall operational effectiveness of the Data & Enterprise Architecture (D&EA) business unit and is responsible for first line risk for the D&EA team.
This role bridges the gap between high-level strategic objectives and the day-to-day delivery of data products and services to meet broader goals of the organisation and the delivery of the D&EA strategic roadmap.This is a subject matter expert role, a deep understanding of data and analytics operational processes is essential for the success of this role which works collaboratively with Risk, Cyber and delivery teams right across our organisation.This is an exciting opportunity to play a lead role in the delivery of data products and services to enable data-driven decision making across the organisation.Mou - About YouAs the ideal candidate for this role you will be able to clearly articulate the following skills and experience:Bachelor's degree in technology or commerce related fieldsProven experience of at least 5 years in large and complex organisational data environmentsExperience in data transformation projects / programmesExperience in continuous improvement and delivering change management, ideally around building data and AI maturityGood breadth of understanding across data and Analytics disciplinesProven success delivering business value and aligning technology initiatives with strategic objectivesExperience managing a wide range of stakeholders and facilitating workshopsExperience in risk management practices, including risk identification and control settingProven relationship management skillsExperience managing budgets, with solid commercial acumenHiahia?
