ABOUT THE ROLE - MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues.

Your role is vital in ensuring our members have a positive experience with us.

We take pride in being problem solvers who aim to impress our members with our support and assistance.

Now, there are just a few things you need to be aware of, this is a full-time permanent role, we work shifts, the current available shifts will require evening work (Mon-Fri) and you must have full working rights.

 

SALARY - UTU Ā-TAU

$66,531 per annum (Incl.

Kiwi Saver).

Hours of work:
11.30am-8.00pm and 12.30pm-9.00pm, Monday – Friday.
