Permanent, Part-time Positions Available

These permanent part-time positions are rostered shifts between the hours of 6:30pm – 6:30am and shifts covering 24 hours across the weekends.

We are looking for reliable, highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

The positions are located at the Corporate Building in McLeod Street, Hastings.

As a Customer Support Agent, you play a crucial role in handling external calls to the hospital, servicing internal calls, managing critical alarms and responding to emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Reliable and committed to the role.
  • Be able to work as part of a fast-paced team with the ability to and self-manage out of business hours.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to adapt and perform under pressure during emergencies.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Availability for varied shifts 24 X 7
  • Located in the sunny Hawkes Bay we live in pure paradise.
