As a leader of the Customer Specialist team, you will support customers with simple and easy banking experiences every day, handling a wide range of enquiries from diverse customers.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of passionate Customer Specialists, inspiring the ASB purpose and vision through exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
Create an environment that supports the bank's purpose of Accelerating Financial Progress for all New Zealanders.
Qualifications
Proven leadership with the ability to focus on the wider vision and strategy while managing both operational and efficiency metrics.
Passionate and able to drive and motivate others to provide unbeatable experiences and outcomes for our customers.
