We're looking for a capable, quick-thinking person for our Check-Out and Customer Services desk.
This is a pivotal role that ensures our customers receive a seamless experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.
Responsibilities
Handling customer and staff inquiries, phone calls, GE Finance, product location, and checkout sales
Navigating the unexpected with confidence and professionalism
Qualifications
A detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking and follow-through skills
POS system experience (training provided)
A proactive, can-do attitude with high accuracy and attention to detail
Tech-savvy and well-organised
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Previous experience in a retail or rostered environment will be a strong advantage
Roster Details
You will be expected to work on a roster basis, with at least one day per weekend work included.
