OverviewAt Mitre 10 Mega Pukekohe, we're proud to be 100% Kiwi-owned and part of New Zealand's most trusted home improvement store.
Our mission is making DIY easy for our customers—and that's where you come in!
This isn't your average customer service job.
You'll be handling all sorts—helping customers, answering questions, processing returns, supporting checkouts, processing online orders, taking calls, and helping keep things running smoothly.
No two days are the same, so we need someone who can stay cool under pressure and think on their feet.ResponsibilitiesHelp customers, answer questions, process returns, support checkouts, process online orders, take calls, and help keep operations running smoothly.Stay calm under pressure and think on your feet to resolve issues as they arise.Requirements / QualificationsLoves giving great customer serviceOrganised and able to juggle multiple tasks at onceCan make decisions and handle tricky situations with confidenceHas some leadership skills (you'll be working with a mix of full-timers and part-timers)Has experience with POS systems (training provided)Comfortable using a computerHours and BenefitsThis position has rostered hours (40 per week) Sunday to Thursday.
