Customer Services Representative – Fixed Term (8 Months) Job Opening In Auckland – Now Hiring The Beauty Collective


Job description

Who we are
The Beauty Collective is a manufacturer and distributor of beauty and personal care products.
We work hard to build long-term relationships with our business partners, which is why you'll find our brands in leading pharmacies and department stores in New Zealand, Australia, Europe and USA.
Our dynamic head office team work closely together, developing innovative concepts with a commitment to delivering excellence to our customers.
What we're after
We're currently looking for a friendly customer service person who likes being busy.
Essential to the role is enthusiasm, initiative and attention to detail.
You'll have great communication skills, and while experience in a similar role would be an advantage, it's not essential.
Responsibilities
Sales order services & customer service
Coordination of the office
First port of call for the business and liaison between our Sales Manager and our field sales team/customers and all other areas of the business.
Assisting to manage sales systems
