Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
You will:Provide front line customer service answering phone calls and responding to enquiries through email, the website chatbot and social media.Provide ongoing support to our customers, ensuring their enquiries are followed up on and their needs have been met.Provide support to our sales team, assisting with preparation of quotes, data entry to the CRM database and booking sales related travel including flights, accommodation and car hire.About YouAbout You:Your excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships will be put to good use in this role, keeping existing customers happy and engaging new customers by going the extra mile.
You'll have a good eye for detail and be solutions focused, always looking for better ways to do things.As we are a small team, more than anything we need someone who is a good team fit!
